The three-day subscription window for Mamata Machinery IPO will close today. Valued at ₹179.39 crore, the issue was subscribed by 37.34 times.
The quota of Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) was subscribed by 4.74 times, while segments of Non-Institutional Investors (NII) and Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) were bid by 49.45 times and 50.55 times respectively. Notably, the employee quota was subscribed by 53.97 times.
The price band of the IPO has been fixed between ₹230 and ₹243 apiece. The IPO is entirely an offer for sale (OFS) of 0.74 crore shares. Under this arrangement, promoters offload their stake and sell their shares to the public via the exchange platform.
The company has reported consistent profits over the past three financial years. Profit after Tax (PAT) soared from ₹21.70 crore in FY22 to ₹22.50 crore in FY23, skyrocketing to ₹36.12 crore in FY24.
